What exactly do you sell?

We specialize in custom embroidered headwear. Our focus is on premium, high-profile structured snapbacks. Every cap is embroidered to order right here in the USA, ensuring a professional finish and zero inventory waste.

Can I choose the colors?

Yes! For every design in the Stitched Supply Co. store, you can choose from 4 hat colors and 3 embroidery colors. 

How do the caps fit?

We use a classic 'One size fits most' snapback. The crown: Reinforced front panels keep the shape rigid and vertical. The fit: Adjustable plastic snap closure allows for a custom fit for nearly all head sizes (approx. 21 ⅝" – 23 ⅝").

Will you offer other hats and styles?

We are working on other styles for potential future collections. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Because we operate on an 'Engineered to Order' model, your cap is not sitting in a warehouse gathering dust. Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be embroidered and quality checked at our US facility. Once stitched, orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days via standard ground shipping (USPS/UPS).

From where do you ship? 

All orders are embroidered and shipped directly from our fulfillment centres in North Carolina or California. We do not drop-ship from overseas; your gear is made domestically to ensure quality control.

How can I track my order?

The moment your cap leaves the production floor, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor its journey from the machine to your door.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Our systems are automated for speed. We can only accept cancellations or modifications within a few hours of placing your order. Once the embroidery machines start running, we cannot alter the design. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and we will replace it free of charge. Because every cap is manufactured specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns for "change of mind" or incorrect color choices.
