Welcome to Stitched Supply Co.! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Stitched Supply Co. Stitched Supply Co. operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS (ENGINEERED TO ORDER) Nature of Goods:

Stitched Supply Co. operates on a made-to-order manufacturing model. Every product is embroidered specifically for the customer upon purchase. By purchasing, you acknowledge that slight variations in stitch placement, texture, or color may occur as part of the custom manufacturing process. Production Accuracy: We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, please note that colors may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device settings. Our designs are embroidered directly into the garment fabric; they are not patches, heat-transfers, or physical attachments unless explicitly stated in the product description.

Availability: We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until Stitched Supply Co. confirms acceptance. Cancellation Policy: Because our systems are automated for speed, production often begins immediately. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests once an order has been queued for production. Resale: You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that you are duly authorized to use the credit card or payment method provided.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Estimates:

All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 

Liability: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control (force majeure). Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Lost Packages: Stitched Supply Co. is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are missing.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including all trademarks, designs, text, images, and the "Stitched Supply Co." brand name, are owned by Stitched Supply Co. and are protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as payment processors) or links to third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” without any warranties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your use of any third-party websites or tools.

SECTION 8 - USER FEEDBACK

If you submit ideas, suggestions, or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such Feedback for any purpose, including commercial use, without compensation to you. We may remove content that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, or strictly at our discretion.

SECTION 9 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

 Occasionally there may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions regarding product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws, to infringe upon our intellectual property rights, to harass or abuse others, to submit false information, to upload viruses or malicious code, or to interfere with the security features of the Services. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL Stitched Supply Co., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Stitched Supply Co. and our affiliates, partners, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

SECTION 14 - SEVERABILITY & WAIVER

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and strictly the unenforceable portion shall be removed. The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
