Shipping Policy

 

THE 'ENGINEERED TO ORDER' TIMELINE

Stitched Supply Co. operates on a zero-waste, on-demand manufacturing model. We do not hold finished inventory. Every item is embroidered specifically for you after your order is placed.

Please account for two distinct phases when calculating your delivery date:

  1. Production Phase (2–5 Business Days): Your item is being stitched, quality-checked, and packed at our US facility.

  2. Shipping Phase (3–6 Business Days): Your item is in transit via the carrier.

Total Estimated Turnaround: 5–11 Business Days.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

  • Carrier: We use standard ground shipping via USPS, UPS, or DHL SmartMail depending on the destination.

  • Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Origin: All US orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers in North Carolina or California.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. However, international shipments take significantly longer due to distance and customs processing.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 10–20 Business Days (excluding production time).

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Stitched Supply Co. has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

 

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an automated email with your tracking number the moment your order leaves our production floor.

  • Note: It may take up to 24–48 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update after the label is created. If your link says "Label Created" for a day, do not worry; it is likely awaiting pickup.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Stitched Supply Co. is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing (e.g., stolen from a porch). We recommend shipping to a secure location.

  • Lost in Transit: If your package stops moving and is not marked as delivered for 10+ days, please contact us at hello@stitchedsupply.co so we can file a claim and issue a replacement.

 

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
